客人需要补偿怎么办?首先我们看下这个进口流程,中国工厂-中国出口商->澳洲进口商->澳洲客户，这是一条完整的线，那么既然出了问题，肯定是这条线其中哪里出了问题。假如是关税的问题，一般只涉及进出口的问题，不涉及质量的问题，所以就是出口商和进口商的协商，工厂一般不太可能被牵扯进来...假如涉及质量问题了，这整条线都是热闹起来，一步一步追下来，最后可能发现是哪个工人工作时候没分配清楚或者一个很小的环节出了纰漏了..
我们回归正题：
假如客人很多时候会收到关税，这时候涉及到一个补偿的问题了，就算你和我们一样严谨，在报价的时候说了不含税的，但是我们这是做生意，不是辩论会，没必要争的红屁股黑脸的，简单一句话搞定他。。。当然事情肯定没这么简单，但是这种办法我认为也是你的老板会认同，也是做生意上的基本套路....假如客户就因为关税谈不好而死掉，那其实我们内心深处的想法是宁愿不赔了，留着钱用更好嘛。做生意有做生意的原则，原则就是赚钱，赚更多的钱。。。

I have talked to our boss.We will burden $800 USD of duty to show our most sincerity.Below is our make up plan.
1. We will reduce $200 USD dollars from the invoice amount for any order value excess $2000 USD dollars.2. We will reduce $400 USD dollars from the invoice amount for any order value excess $4000 USD dollars.3. We will reduce $800 USD dollars from the invoice amount for any order value excess $8000 USD dollars.
We will make up full $800 USD dollars until it is cleared.Is this acceptable for you?If not, let me know your idea and we can always discuss it.

I am sorry that there is some misunderstanding.The price I quote is DUTY UNPAID price which means you have to pay for the duty.This is our quote.
Please pay the duty asap so you can get the boards right away.I understand you might feel upset.But to be honest with you, what we earned is less than the duty because we want to have you as our customer.I didn't realize the duty will be so high.I promise I will make it up for you in next order or in next orders.We can discuss the make up plans later.
But please pay the duty asap since the more delay the more costs might occur.Sorry again.
