这份文件就是由贸促会颁发的XXX贸易公司的印章属实。。。
The shipment with XX arrived Kuwait and in the Kuwait Custom Department.
While we try to clear the shipment, the Custom Department asked us to submit another letter from China Chamber of Commerce as attached and this is the new rule since 1st Jan 2016.
They showed us sample. Please treat the sample confidential.
We are trying to release the shipment by paying Penalty for this missing documents.
But please keep it mind to provide us the new additional letter (sample attached)with all future shipment.
